Pool Deck Sinking Fixed in Altoona, IA

This homeowner was concerned because his pool deck was sinking. He knew that we offered services to fix this problem in his area, so he gave us a call. We sent System Design Specialist Brandon Cunningham to inspect the pool deck and determine what was causing this problem as well as determine what solutions our team could offer to fix it. Brandon found that the soil underneath the pool deck was poorly compacted, so the soil had washed out then dried up overtime. After his inspection, he discussed with the homeowner the solutions we could offer, and the homeowner was very excited to have this problem fixed.
