Prior to joining Midwest Foundation Repair, Calogeno worked 3 years in property management along with 3 years of owning his own business and other experience. Originally from Denver, CO, Calogeno grew up in various areas of Iowa and now lives in Norwalk, IA. He has a wonderful girlfriend and a 1-year-old lab. He enjoys being outdoors, golfing, cooking and is a conservationist.

James and Lynnece M. wanted to use their basement during the summer months but noticed a damp smell and water staining the walls.
As returning customers, they were excited to have us come back to their home. System Design Specialist, Calogeno Principato was able to identify multiple spots along the floors and walls where water was entering.
We directed the water down the walls behind our CleanSpace to our WaterGuard around the perimeter of their basement eventually dumping into our TripleSafe Pump System. Then we completely encapsulated the walls eliminating water vapor from evaporating into the air. This project used full height CleanSpace which added a lot of light reflecting surfaces which really brightened up the entire room!
