We are looking at purchasing a home and there are visible foundation issues exterior and interior. One exterior wall bows really badly and the house almost looks uneven. It's an early 1900s farmhouse. The 2nd floor is slanted and completely uneven and the 1st floor is different heights. There are many concerning cracks in the plaster walls and one of the front doors doesn't even open! I am trying to get an idea on price so we can see if it's worth making an offer of walking away. Kim H. lives in a home with a crawl space which can be cause for concern in several different ways.
