Entryway to our house has a 2 small walls which make like a court yard. The front of the house has brick on it and the walls are brick attached to the house front. The wall on the north side is causing the brick on house to crack and come apart. We have been told it is the foundation of this small wall. Would this be a type of repair you could do?

Well our driveway has a void underneath from all the rain. At least I hope it's the driveway and not avoid under the garage slab. Northeast corner is pushing against garage trim and warping it. There is avoid I that corner.

We were very pleased about the work done to our basement. However, we have never had a followup for them to show us how to torque the walls of our basement. I have called, and was told that the dept. in charge would get back to me, I am still waiting.

The only negative thing I can say is both Nick and Jason said the installation crew would use a laser to check the slope on basement floor and drainage. When Steve and his crew arrived they said they have no laser. Steve and crew did an excellent job making sure the drainage was correct. System is working GREAT. Steve said the sump pump would be very quite and he was right, we almost have to be next to it to hear it run.

Kudos also to Jason. When he came out for the pre-contruction walk through he was great. Involved me in the discussion and we made a minor change and he made me feel like I was part of the process. Alice was walking around her house with her grandkids and noticed that she had uneven concrete on her sidewalk and driveway. She was concerned that her grandkids would trip over the concrete and hurt themselves if they were playing. She called Midwest Basement Systems and talked to somebody about getting a free quote on how to fix this issue.

Our System Designer, Randy, went out to her home in Pleasantville and explained to her what would happen and what our production team would do. We would level out the concrete by drilling a small hole that a machine can get in and raise the slab back to its original place using PolyLevel. She agreed our system was the best solution.

We have a single story ranch type house, the old part of it is about 125 years old and the foundation is crumbling. There is no longer a crawl space under this part of the house.
