The water was just sitting there, causing the crawlspace to be wet, and the humidity to grow mold quickly. Our team wanted to protect this homeowner's home right away, so we sent a crew to start encapsulating her crawlspace. Our team utilized CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to encapsulate and protect the home from moisture, a sump pump with a proper discharge pipe to bring water away from the home, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to bring down the humidity level and purify the air.
