Within 24 hours of your appointment, our system design specialist will call to confirm and introduce them self.
The average appointment takes around 90 minutes. Issues with complex solutions or multiple factors may cause the appointment to take a little longer. We truly appreciate customers making time in their busy schedule to allow us to perform a thorough inspection and explain in detail the problem and the available solutions. We understand you are busy, but we also believe that correcting issues in your home is an important matter that deserves both of our attention.
The System Design Specialist will begin by asking you questions and making a checklist of all the goals you plan to accomplish with your basement, crawl space or foundation project. That list will help guide him in the process of designing solutions and present you with options to accomplish these goals.
After discussing the problems you are experiencing and your expectations, the System Designer will perform a thorough inspection of your home, which may include not only the interior of your basement or crawl space, but also the exterior as well.
Once the inspection is performed, the System Designer will be able to explain to you what is causing the problem you are experiencing and what are the possible solutions to fix, giving you the opportunity to ask them as many question as you wish.
In most cases you will be given a written estimate and the opportunity to set a date for our team to begin installation. We are not going to pressure you into buying anything or offer you anything that you don’t need. If there is nothing we can do to correct the problems you have, we will be first to tell you.
