Nick found that the soil underneath the concrete was eroding because a poorly designed downspout was directing rainwater under the concrete. After discussing this problem with the homeowner, the homeowner was impressed that Nick found the root cause of the issue, and he wanted to move forward using Midwest to solve his problem. Our team installed buried downspouts leading away from the concrete to prevent any further damage, then they used PolyLevel foam to lift the driveway slab back to its original position.
