The salesperson was very knowledgeable and showed us some potential issues to take care of that we hadn't even considered. The installers did a great job of explaining what they were doing, answering questions, and letting me know when to close my windows so I wouldn't get dust in my house. I appreciated both salesman and installers and would definitely recommend them. The only 'sour' taste in my mouth was the call from the office about a card we had never given. But, would use your services again and recommend!

I was delighted to find the condition of the basement when I got home. Of course, although there was still concrete dust everywhere (to be expected) all other evidence of the project was gone. The floor was swept and all trash was removed. My comment when I saw things was, "WOW!" Everything looks wonderful! I'm happy to be able to put my wet/dry vac into storage - as well as the many fans!!!

They wanted to get it fixed immediately because they had valuables in their basement that they did not want to get wet. They called Midwest Basement Systems and wanted to have an expert come out and take a look at the problem. Nick went out to the house and described the problem to them. They signed the contract right away and had Christiam and his crew come out and fix the problem.

Christiam and his crew were installing WaterGuard, IceGuard, and a sump pump. The pictures in this album are pictures of them getting ready to install all of the items.
