The homeowner noticed a gap between the steps and the stoop of their home, as well as uneven concrete on the sidewalk leading from the steps to the driveway. the concrete was becoming a tripping hazard. We noticed that water was getting underneath the stoop through the gap between it and the steps. This was causing settlement to the stoop and the surrounding concrete.
