The Fleming Building
The historic Fleming Building in Downtown Des Moines, Iowa is undergoing renovation and remodeling.
Designed and built in 1909, by architect Daniel Burnham, showcases technological innovation of tall building construction of the early 1900's. The renovation of the Fleming Building will transform this historic structure into elegant apartments from studio style to large spacious two bedroom downtown dwellings.
