As the spring rains continue, the soil continues to aborb the moisture. As the soil reaches saturation it swells pushing on the foundation walls. As the this push increases pressure it will cause the walls to bow and crack. Additionally, if there is any clogging or failure in the drainage systems the basement will begin to leak. Both of these situations need immediate attention and repair. Call us! We can help.
