I have communicated to Nick that you by all means can use me as a reference any time you desire. MBS is the best in my opinion.
Kudos also to Jason. When he came out for the pre-contruction walk through he was great. Involved me in the discussion and we made a minor change and he made me feel like I was part of the process. Also when my credit card company screwed up twice in running my charge through he was patient and worked with me to find out what the problem was and we solved it. Great job by all.
This is the second time I have used MBS and my expectations were high and the entire crew exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
I actually emailed MBS and their response was fast and polite.
Nick is the best. He was on time, courteous, and did not come off as a "know it all". Even though he knew more than me he included me in the discussions and the decisions. He took his time and did not seem to be in a rush, like a lot of sales people do. When you are selling these kind of "big ticket" repairs it takes the right person to do the job and Nick is that person.
I am sorry I can't remember the name of the excavation crew (Nile was the assistant) but these guys are the best. Again they took their time, did it right and when the came back to backfil they absolutely blew me away with their care and attention to detail.
The install crew worked their tails off and Christiam was fantastic. I am retired and spent a lot of time looking over their shoulders, not so much to make sure they did it right but I always want to know how things work He took the time to answer my questions and explain what was happening and what would happen next. The entire crew was top notch.
My steps were cleaner when they left than when they came.
