Waterproofing a Basement in West Des Moines

This homeowner has tenants living in her basement and wants to ensure they have dry living conditions. She was getting water into her basement because of heavy rain and hydrostatic pressure on her foundation walls that allowed water to seep in. We were able to fix the problem by fully waterproofing her basement. We used our WaterGuard system and CleanSpace system, to make sure no water comes off the walls or through the cracks.
