The homeowners wanted to start storing things in their crawl space. There crawl space was so dirty they thought there could be snakes or mice in there. They called us and wanted us to come out and fix them problem. We encapsulated the crawl space so they could store boxes of things in the crawl space. The encapsulation also will help with mold and mildew. 

Mold can be one of the worst things to happen to a home, and, it doesn't need much to grow. In a dark damp environment, mold can grow after 24 hours. This is why it's important to ensure that your home is able to keep water out of your basement.

For this home, we were able to install CleanSpace, which involves the installation of a durable vapor barrier that completely seals off the crawl space from outside elements. This multi-layered liner, made of heavy-duty material, acts as a moisture barrier, preventing the intrusion of water vapor, mold, mildew, and pests into the crawl space. This customer was experiencing cold floors caused by poor insolation of their crawl space.  We installed full encapsulation with insulation to walls and rim joists of the crawlspace.
