With any type of waterproofing, the sump pump is the heart of the system. The contractor grade of sump pumps/pit can withhold the longevity of the home. Our customer reached out to us when she noticed that her son's room had a water problem. To stop this, we used two products: WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard captures water seepage through walls and leaks along the wall/floor joint. It's discreet and easy to install. It's also made of durable plastic that lasts without corrosion or decay. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents moisture from rendering through the walls. This stops issues like rot, mold, rust, odors, and pests.
